Key Responsibilities

- Prepare FRP surfaces (cleaning, sanding, putty application) to achieve smooth finish before painting.

- Apply primer, base coat, and top coat using spray guns, brushes, or rollers as per specifications.

- Ensure uniform coating thickness and adherence to quality standards (gloss, adhesion, hardness).

- Mix and match paints to achieve required shades and finishes (PU, epoxy, enamel, or specialized FRP coatings).

- Maintain painting equipment (spray guns, compressors, booths) in optimal condition.

- Follow environmental and safety protocols (proper ventilation, PPE usage, waste disposal).

- Conduct quality checks (visual inspection, adhesion test, thickness measurement).

- Collaborate with production team to meet delivery schedules.

Technical Requirements-

- Hands‑on experience with FRP surface preparation (de‑waxing, sanding, filler application).

- Knowledge of industrial paints and coatings suitable for composites (PU, epoxy, fire‑retardant coatings).





- Familiarity with spray painting techniques and curing processes.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and paint specifications.

- Understanding of environmental aspects: VOC control, dust‑free painting booths, safe handling of solvents.

- Skilled in defect rectification (runs, orange peel, pinholes, blistering).

✅ Candidate Profile

- Minimum ITI/Diploma in Painting/Surface Coating or equivalent industrial training.

- 3–5 years of skilled painting experience, preferably in FRP, composites, or automotive parts.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Knowledge of ISO/ASTM painting standards will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
