Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Front End Developer to build fast, reliable, and polished digital products for HomeVerse. The role requires strong product engineering judgmentnot just the ability to implement designs. The successful candidate will own complex user interfaces, collaborate deeply with product and backend teams, and help establish frontend architecture and engineering standards as the platform scales.

Key Responsibilities

- Build high-quality, responsive, and accessible web applications with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and user experience.

- Translate product requirements and design systems into reusable, maintainable, and well-tested frontend architecture.

- Own complex application states, asynchronous workflows, API integrations, error handling, and edge cases across critical customer journeys.

- Develop reusable components, design-system primitives, and frontend patterns that improve consistency and engineering velocity.

- Optimize application performance across loading, rendering, network behavior, bundle size, caching, and runtime execution.

- Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, QA, and platform teams to deliver production-ready features.

- Write robust unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and actively participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.

- Contribute to frontend architecture, coding standards, CI/CD practices, observability, and production incident resolution.

- Ensure strong accessibility, browser compatibility, security, and resilience across supported platforms.

- Mentor junior engineers and raise the overall quality of frontend engineering.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of professional frontend engineering experience building production web applications.

- Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript,



including modern language features, asynchronous programming, and browser fundamentals.

- Deep hands-on experience with React; strong experience with a production-grade framework such as Next.js is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, rendering behavior, performance optimization, and frontend system design.

- Excellent HTML and CSS skills, including responsive design, layout systems, accessibility, and cross-browser behavior.

- Experience integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs and handling authentication, authorization, caching, retries, and error states.

- Experience with contemporary testing practices using tools such as Vitest, Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.

- Strong familiarity with Git, CI/CD, package management, build tooling, and production deployment workflows.

- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code and make sound technical trade-offs in collaboration with senior engineers.

- Experience working closely with product and design teams in a fast-moving product environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building consumer-facing fintech, marketplace, real estate, or transaction-heavy products.

- Experience with Next.js, server-side rendering, static generation, edge delivery, or modern web performance techniques.

- Experience designing or evolving a component library or design system.

- Experience with frontend observability and error monitoring such as Sentry, Datadog, or equivalent.

- Familiarity with security practices relevant to modern web applications.
