HomeBazaar Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, presentable, and well-organized Receptionist cum Front Desk Admin to manage front office operations and provide administrative support at our Baner office in Pune. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate meeting room schedules
- Manage courier, dispatch, and office correspondence
- Support daily administrative and office coordination activities
- Maintain office files, documents, and basic MIS records
- Coordinate with vendors and housekeeping staff when required
- Ensure the reception and front office area is clean and organized
- Assist HR/Admin team with routine coordination tasks





Requirements

- Graduate or undergraduate with relevant experience
- 1 - 3 years of experience in receptionist/front desk/admin role preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Pleasant personality with professional appearance
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities
