We're looking for an experienced System Analyst with a strong background in API development, system integration, and EDI transactions within the Healthcare domain. Ideal for someone who's comfortable gathering business requirements, analyzing system workflows, and supporting end-to-end integration projects.

Location : Remote (India)

Experience : 6+ Years

Budget : ₹90,000 per month (including 10% TDS deduction)

Contract Duration : Initial 6 months, with high possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance

What you'll own:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and external vendors
- Analyze, design, and support REST/SOAP API integrations between enterprise applications
- Work on EDI transaction sets and ensure accurate data exchange with healthcare partners
- Coordinate system integration testing, UAT, and production deployments
- Create functional specifications, process flows, data mapping documents, and technical documentation
- Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve production incidents with dev teams




- Participate in requirement workshops and recommend system improvements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare integration standards
- Support project planning, risk identification, and stakeholder communication

Must-haves:

- Minimum 6 years as a System Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Integration Analyst
- Solid experience with API development, integration, and web services (REST/SOAP)
- Hands-on experience with EDI transactions (X12/ANSI standards)
- Mandatory Healthcare domain experience
- Strong understanding of system integration, data mapping, and interface design
- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and functional specifications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Good to have:

- Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, or related healthcare integration protocols
- Experience with API management platforms or integration tools
- Familiarity with SQL for troubleshooting integration issues
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
