We are looking for a

MBA student/intern to work closely with the

CEO on the upcoming fundraising round

, with direct exposure to investors and the fundraising process.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with potential and existing investors

- Support investor outreach, communication and follow-ups

- Prepare investor decks, research and fundraising materials

- Maintain investor pipeline and track discussions

- Conduct market, competitor and investor research

- Assist the CEO in day-to-day fundraising activities

Requirements

- Currently pursuing

MBA from a reputed B-school

- Strong communication, research and analytical skills

- Excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint skills

- High ownership, professionalism and attention to detail

- Available for a minimum of 2–3 months

- Prior experience in investment banking, VC/PE, startup fundraising or finance is a plus

This is a high-exposure chance to work directly with the CEO and gain hands-on experience in startup fundraising and investor relations.
