Job Summary:

Change Request Manager is a trusted technical advisor, managing key client relationships with a primary focus on driving Changes for Live clients. Role requires a good understanding of Highradius products, driving prioritization of changes and influencing clients for descoping of low value changes. A change manager plays a key role in ensuring that changes are delivered on time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Good Technical Skills - Ability to understand product techno functionally to understand client key problems and driving them to closure.
- Rapid Response - Provide rapid response to Client escalations for a portfolio of all live clients. Understand the Client's stated problem and relate to the business use case and impact by asking clarifying questions.
- Prioritize & Negotiate - Ability to define and understand the criticality and impact of each issue to decide the stack ranking of issues from 1 to N. Articulate via logic why certain issues are high priority and focus on their resolution and place the rest on slow track i.e phase 2.
- Deliver Fixes in Waves - Sense of urgency to work with internal teams across Product, Support, Post Go-Live Consulting and Implementation teams to bring in the top issues to closure and proactively update the Client on deliverables and delays.




- Stakeholder Management - Ability to escalate in a skilled manner across teams and their L1|L2|L3 leaders as required if the job is not getting done. Ability to escalate with clients. Conflict avoidance oriented people will not be a fit for this role.
- Driving Value and NPS - Change Request Manager should have the ability to understand what drives Value and deliver the same through the internal team while convincing the client for others which does not drive value. Driving Change Requests at scale, Value and NPS are key KPI’s for this role.
- People Management - Change Request Manager will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing employees to maximize productivity, engagement, and retention. They oversee day-to-day work, provide coaching, and handle performance management, ensuring a positive work culture.

Skill & Experience Needed

- Must have a min of 6+ years of experience in similar roles.
- BTech is a must. Master qualification will be an added advantage.
- Must have worked in a client-facing role across Support, Changes, Consulting or Product teams.
- Functional understanding of preferably Order-to-Cash products or ERP processes to quickly scale.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills - Ability to break the problem into simple business logic and moving the minds of customers for aligning on what brings value and what's the Noise track.
- Strategic Thinking - Offering proactive advice to identify and mitigate risk before they occur.
