Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 2–5 years of experience to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Flutter development, API integration, application performance optimization, and publishing applications for Android and iOS.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces for Android and iOS.
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional Flutter applications.
- Integrate REST APIs, JSON APIs, and third-party services.
- Implement authentication, user management, notifications, and other application features.
- Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and resolve integration issues.
- Debug and fix application crashes, UI issues, and functional bugs.
- Optimize application performance and memory usage.
- Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Perform unit and widget testing where required.
- Integrate third-party Flutter packages and SDKs.
- Handle application builds and releases for Android and iOS.
- Troubleshoot issues reported during QA and production.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development standards.
- Maintain technical documentation for developed modules.

Understanding of state-management architecture and best practices is required. API & Backend Integration
- Experience integrating REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of JSON.
- Experience with authentication mechanisms such as:
- JWT
- OAuth
- Token-based authentication
- Experience handling API errors and network failures.

Database & Storage Experience with one or more:
- SQLite
- Hive
- SharedPreferences
- Firebase
- Other local/mobile databases

Mobile Development
- Good understanding of Android and iOS application development.
- Experience generating APK/AAB files.
- Experience with Android Studio and/or Xcode.
- Understanding of application signing and release builds.
- Experience publishing applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store is an advantage.

Experience Requirements Minimum: 2 years of professional Flutter development experience.

Maximum: 5 years of relevant experience.

Candidates should have practical experience developing and maintaining production-level mobile applications.

- Supporting QA and UAT activities.
- Maintaining clean and documented source code.
