Role: Finishing Supervisor

Division: Project Management Consultancy (PMC)

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all finishing works on site, including plastering, tiling, flooring, false ceiling, painting, joinery, glazing, and waterproofing. Monitor daily progress of finishing activities against the project schedule and flag delays or resource gaps to the Project Manager. Inspect completed finishing work for quality compliance — checking alignment, levelness, surface finish, and material specifications before sign-off.

Coordinate with subcontractors and labour supervisors to sequence work effectively and avoid trade conflicts.



Raise and follow up on snag lists — ensuring all deficiencies are rectified within agreed timelines. Verify material deliveries against approved samples and specifications before allowing use on site.

Maintain daily site reports, inspection records, and progress photographs as part of the project documentation system. Liaise with the client's site representatives during inspections and walkthroughs, addressing observations promptly.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
