About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the organization’s financial operations, accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to independently manage financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide management with insights for decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.
- Ensure timely completion of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.
- Review accounting records, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
- Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls.
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Support management in financial planning, business decisions, and investment analysis.




- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports required by management.
- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- CA (Chartered Accountant) – Mandatory.
- Relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, or financial management.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and statutory compliance.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy.

Preferred Candidate
- Female candidates preferred.
- Candidates residing in or around Cherthala / Alappuzha / Ernakulam will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in a hospital, healthcare, corporate, or service-sector environment will be an added advantage.
