- Coordinate and arrange property visits for bankers, valuers, advocates and other concerned professionals, as and when required.
- Obtain and maintain all relevant property documents and records required for banking, legal, valuation and other official purposes.
- Coordinate and handle legal documenta on relating to creation of Equitable Mortgage (EM) / mortgage of properties.
- Obtain and provide all documents, records and informa on required by advocates and banks for conducting searches and completion of legal documentation.
- Prepare and maintain a MIS of valuation reports, covering company-wise/property-wise details.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
