Role Description The Fieldassist Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing and optimizing field sales operations. This position oversees the implementation and use of Fieldassist or similar sales automation tools to track sales activities, monitor performance, and ensure accurate reporting.

The role includes coordinating with sales teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders to align field execution with marketing and sales plans, and to support territory coverage and market expansion.

Manager will analyze data for insights,



recommend improvements to route plans and sales processes, and ensure adherence to company policies and service standards. The role also involves regular field visits, training field staff on tools and processes, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with management to achieve sales and efficiency targets.

Qualifications

- Strong field sales management and operations experience, including coordination of on-ground teams and distributors.
- Proficiency with sales automation/Fieldassist or similar CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and basic data analysis.
- Skills in planning, organizing, and optimizing routes, coverage, and territory performance.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and supply chain.
- Ability to conduct training, support change management, and ensure process adherence in field teams.
- Good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and comfort working with data-driven insights.
- Experience in stationery, printing, packaging, or FMCG sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; relevant field sales or operations experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territories and work on-site in Mumbai.
