Job Summary

The Lab Technician will support Senior Technicians in board bring-up activities and shipment packing. The candidate will work closely with Senior Technicians, and the Test & Tune Manager on various tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Key Responsibilities
Support the testing and tuning of headboards, demo boards, adapter boards, and use-case demo platforms.
Deliver demo board testing and tuning activities in accordance with documented procedures and weekly plans.
Ensure demo board builds meet ON Semiconductor quality specifications.
Read, understand, and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) related to board rework.
Assist the Lab Manager in maintaining the laboratory and managing raw material inventory.
Support daily lab operations, equipment maintenance, and compliance with laboratory safety requirements.
Assist with packing and preparing shipments as required.





Responsibilities
Desired Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of PCB and PCA assembly process flows; board assembly knowledge is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with board bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a rapid-paced and dynamic setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
Quick learner with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

Diploma in Electronics or a related field.
