Job Summary
• We are looking for great talent with solid cross-functional supply chain experience, razor-sharp analytical skills coupled with AI/data science exposure, solid influencing and collaboration skills, along with strong drive/achievement orientation and curiosity/learning agility. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply planning or end-to-end supply chain, with the ability to analyze complex data, develop and optimize supply plans, identify risks and constraints, build what-if scenarios, and translate insights into actionable business decisions. Experience working across global, multicultural teams and exposure to advanced analytics, automation, and continuous improvement will be highly valued.

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Supply Planning qualified with strong cross-functional supply chain experience and the ability to operate in a complex, global environment. The ideal candidate will bring solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities,



exposure to AI, data science, or advanced analytics, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and regions.

Key Qualifications & Experience
Strong experience in Supply Planning and/or end-to-end Supply Chain, with an understanding of demand, supply, inventory, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics processes.
Should have at least 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
Experience working in cross-functional and/or global environments, collaborating with teams across Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and regional organizations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify supply constraints, evaluate trade-offs, and develop actionable recommendations.
Experience developing or supporting supply plans considering demand, capacity, material availability, lead times, inventor
