About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Intern to join our EPT (English Proficiency Test) Department. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and student counselling. The role involves connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, explaining IELTS/PTE courses, and assisting in converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand students' requirements and provide basic information about IELTS, PTE, and other English proficiency courses.
Assist in counselling students and recommending suitable courses based on their requirements.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective students.
Explain course details, batch schedules, fees, and enrollment procedures.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM/system.




Coordinate with the counselling and operations teams for student enrollment and onboarding.
Work towards assigned sales and admission goals.

Requirements
Required Skills
Freshers are welcome
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Interest in sales, counselling, and customer interaction.
Comfortable making calls and following up with prospective students.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
