IT Smart Solution and Services is hiring dynamic Field Sales Executives on behalf of our client, RM Solar. If you are looking to build a career in the fast-growing solar energy sector and love field sales, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Field Visits & Lead Generation: Travel across assigned locations (Panchkula, Chandigarh, Mohali, Ambala, etc.) to target potential residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- On-Site Pitching: Connect directly with clients, understand their energy requirements, and present suitable solar solutions.
- Network Expansion: Build solid local networks with real estate developers, contractors,



and business owners.
- Technical Coordination: Coordinate with the site survey and installation teams for smooth execution.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily client visit targets and achieve monthly sales goals.

Requirements:

- Experience: 0 to 3 years of field sales experience (Solar, Electrical, B2B/B2C, or Industrial Sales preferred).
- Must Have: Own vehicle (Two-wheeler / Four-wheeler) and a valid Driving License for daily field travel.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
