Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company focused on creating a smooth, transparent, and professional property experience for customers.

We work across property discovery, site visits, client coordination, property management, and on-ground operations. Our team works closely with property owners, buyers, investors, vendors, and local service providers to ensure properties are well-managed and customer interactions are handled professionally.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for an energetic and responsible Field Executive to join our team and represent Zorba Estates on the ground.

About the Role

As a Field Executive – Field Operations & Site Management, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day on-ground activities related to our properties.

You will regularly visit property sites, coordinate with vendors and property owners, assist customers during site visits, monitor site conditions, and support the internal sales and operations teams.

This is a field-oriented role and requires regular travel across Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular visits and inspections of Zorba Estates properties.
- Ensure properties and sites are clean, presentable, and properly maintained.
- Assist customers during property walkthroughs and site visits.
- Coordinate with property owners, vendors, security personnel, contractors, and maintenance teams.
- Handle routine site-related requirements and coordinate necessary services.
- Take photographs/videos and provide regular updates regarding property conditions.
- Coordinate property access for customers and internal teams.




- Support the sales team during customer site visits.
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, repairs, landscaping, signage, and other site requirements.
- Identify and report maintenance, security, or property-related issues.
- Maintain records of site visits, vendor activities, and property updates.
- Use Google Maps and smartphone applications for navigation and field coordination.
- Travel to different property locations across Bengaluru as required.
- Perform other field and operational activities assigned by the management.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: 10+2 / Higher Secondary or Graduate.
- Experience: 0–3 Years.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Must own a personal two-wheeler.
- Must have a valid driving licence.
- Basic conversational skills in:
- English
- Kannada
- Hindi
- Comfortable with regular on-field travel.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
- Comfortable interacting with customers, property owners, vendors, and team members.
- Basic smartphone and digital application skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
