Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Factory Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end factory operations in the brewery manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning and execution, manpower management, quality, maintenance coordination, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring smooth production planning, execution, and timely achievement of production targets.
- Manage manpower, shift operations, and workforce allocation to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and established manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and minimum production downtime.
- Monitor production performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Drive initiatives to improve productivity, reduce manufacturing costs, minimize wastage, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Lead and motivate factory teams while maintaining discipline, employee engagement, and a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, HR, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and review operational reports, production KPIs,



manpower utilization, downtime, and other factory performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across factory operations.
- Ensure effective implementation of company systems, SOPs, and operational policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-20 years of relevant experience in factory administration, plant management, manufacturing operations, or production management.
- Experience in the Brewery Manufacturing industry is preferred/required.
- Strong understanding of factory operations, production planning, manpower management, maintenance coordination, and quality control.
- Proven experience in managing large production teams and achieving operational targets.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of workplace safety, environmental compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates with experience in brewery/food & beverage manufacturing plants will be preferred.
