Role Objective: To lead and direct the Fa ade Design team in the development of innovative, high-performance fa ade, glazing, and cladding solutions. The role is fundamentally responsible for the technical integrity, quality, and successful delivery of all fa ade design outputs, from conception through to execution.

Key Responsibilities Accountabilities

- Design Leadership Strategy:
- Lead the comprehensive design process for major fa ade projects, establishing innovative concepts and solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to the entire design team.

- Technical Governance Final Approval
- Serve as the final technical authority for the review and approval of all detailed fa ade drawings and specifications.
- Ensure all designs rigorously adhere to architectural plans, engineering requirements, and both local and international building codes.

- Team Stakeholder Management
- Manage and lead project teams, comprising designers and engineers, to achieve project objectives.
- Act as the principal liaison between the design department, project execution teams, and clients.

- Innovation Quality Assurance




- Govern the quality control process and direct rigorous performance assessments of all fa ade systems.
- Remain at the forefront of industry advancements and champion the implementation of recent technologies and cost-effective solutions.

Mandatory Candidate Profile
- Education: A Bachelors degree/Diploma in (Civil /Mechanical) Engineering or a closely related technical field is mandatory.
- Experience: The candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 7-10 years of extensive and progressive experience in fa ade design.
- Technical Knowledge: Expert-level proficiency in advanced CAD software and fa ade design tools is required , along with profound expertise in diverse fa ade materials and systems.

Reporting Structure:
- The position reports directly to the Design Manager or the Head of Fa ade Design.
