Job Title: Export Executive – Pharmaceutical

About the Role

We are a growing pharmaceutical export and import company looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Export Executive. In this role, you will drive international business growth, manage relationships with overseas clients, and coordinate export documentation to ensure seamless global shipments.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Sales
- Identify, target, and acquire new international buyers, distributors, and pharmacy chains.
- Generate leads through exhibitions, market research, and cold outreach.
- Prepare and send quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and convert leads into orders.
- Basic regulatory knowledge of the overseas market.

Client Servicing & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas clients from order placement through post-delivery.
- Provide prompt order status updates, handle queries, and resolve shipping or product concerns.
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and cross-sell other pharmaceutical product lines.

Export Documentation & Logistics Coordination
- Verify pre- and post-shipment documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists,



Certificates of Analysis (COA), Certificates of Origin (COO), and Bills of Lading / Air Waybills.
- Coordinate closely with operations and procurement team.

Requirements and Specific Skills: ✓ Graduate / Post-Graduate degree holder.

✓ Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales domain is an added advantage.

✓ Demonstrable presentation & communication skills (written & oral, both in English & relevant vernacular language).

✓ Systems savvy and basic exposure to MS-Office applications.

✓ Demonstrable team-player skills and ability to meet timelines and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
