About The Role

We are looking for an Experienced Curator to lead the conceptualization, curation, and end-to-end execution of high-impact corporate events, brand activations, and experiential programs.

The ideal candidate will own both the creative vision and operational delivery, with teams from the Operations and Logistics departments reporting directly to this role during projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Concept & Curation

- Develop unique themes, narratives, and experiences aligned with brand objectives.
- Curate content, artists, vendors, installations, and touchpoints for events.
- Research industry trends and bring fresh, relevant ideas to each project.

1. Operations & Logistics Leadership

- Own end-to-end operations and logistics planning for all assigned events.
- Oversee resource planning, vendor onboarding, material movement, site setup, and breakdown.
- Manage and lead team members from Operations and Logistics departments assigned to projects.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and on-ground efficiency across all event touchpoints.

1. Event Planning & Execution

- Own timelines, run-of-show, floor plans, and production schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, artists, and internal teams for seamless delivery.
- Oversee on-ground operations including stage management, backstage, guest experience, and VIP handling.

1. Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during curation and execution phases.
- Present concepts, mood boards,



and proposals to clients.
- Ensure client expectations are met while maintaining brand integrity.

1. Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Guide, mentor, and allocate work to junior curators, operations executives, and logistics coordinators.
- Collaborate with design, production, marketing, and finance teams.
- Drive a culture of creativity, accountability, and operational excellence.

1. Budget & Quality Control

- Work within defined budgets and timelines for curation, operations, and logistics.
- Ensure high standards of quality, aesthetics, and brand alignment across all deliverables.
- Conduct post-event analysis and share insights for future improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Event Management, Design, Communications, Arts, Operations, or related field.

5-8 years of experience in event curation, with proven ownership of operations and logistics.

Proven portfolio of curated corporate events, conferences, launches, or large-scale experiences.

Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.

Excellent vendor management, negotiation, budgeting, and coordination skills.

Robust storytelling ability with an eye for detail, design, and guest experience.

Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace. Knowledge of design tools like Canva/PPT is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and deliver on tight deadlines.

Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
