- Proven experience in designing integrated multi-tower solutions across ADM ERP Infra Cloud and Digital.
- Robust background in DevOps Enterprise Agile and automation-led transformation for application development and support.
- Solutioning experience in ERP platforms like SAP including S4HANA RISE with SAP and Oracle especially in large enterprise deal contexts.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation industry trends and AIGenAI-driven approaches to improve business and IT operations.
- Must be proficient in creating and presenting Target Operating Models TOMs and transformation roadmaps tailored to the client’s maturity goals and industry. Should have anchored multiple large deals >USD 10M
