Key Responsibilities

Teach English to students as per HPBOSE curriculum.

Design engaging and inclusive lesson plans using modern pedagogical tools.

Prepare students for board exams, literary competitions, debates, and essay writing.

Conduct regular assessments and provide timely feedback to students and parents.

Maintain lesson documentation, grade records, and student performance reports.

Foster a positive classroom environment focused on discipline, creativity, and participation.

Coordinate with other subject teachers to ensure interdisciplinary learning where possible.

Encourage students to read, write, and speak confidently in English.

Qualifications and Requirements

Master’s Degree in English (MA English) from a recognized university.

Strong command over English language and grammar.

Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

Ability to inspire and mentor students beyond textbooks.

Involvement in co-curricular activities such as drama, elocution, and creative writing.

Willingness to contribute to school development initiatives.
