Position Details

Designation: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Location: North India, South India, and West India

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will have the opportunity to:

Apply your engineering knowledge and technical skills in a practical work environment.

Work across various functions including Project Execution, Construction, Engineering, WRA, Operations & Maintenance of Wind and Solar Farms, Procurement of Electrical/Mechanical Items and CAPEX, Performance Monitoring, and other related areas.

Support day-to-day operational and project activities within the assigned function.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

Learn and observe existing strategies, methodologies, and best practices for successful project execution.

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all activities.

Participate in meetings, conduct field and desk research, prepare reports, and perform administrative and technical tasks as assigned.

Travel to project sites, support ongoing projects, and contribute ideas for process improvements.
