Service Manager

Position’s overall objective

Within the defined business area, work together with AS&S; Field service/service engineer’s team. In unity with the company´s guiding lights maintain a service level which meets and exceeds customer expectation.

Primary responsibilities

▪ Perform service and repair at work shop to products (inc previous models)

▪ Perform service and repair at field to products (inc previous models)

▪ Cooperate with other departments in all process flows.

▪ Raise NCR for warranty issues and arrange required material to close the sites.

▪ Sales of our main activities: New/replacement products

Spare parts

Upgrades/overhaul

Commissioning/educations

Authorities

▪ Book travel schedules for own service jobs.

▪ Decision of which parts to use/replace (field and workshop)

▪ Judge and make own decision weather product is repairable or not

▪ Quotations: Sales of products within business area.

▪ Decide content of quotation Ex. Spare parts.

▪ Responses for personal Development projects.

General Work Activities

▪ Quick and professional online support to customer calls.

▪ Quick and professional service.

▪ Quotations within business area.





▪ Cooperate with other departments in company’s business area process flow. I.e. prices, lead time etc.

Technical Competency Requirement:

1. Three to Four years working experience in power conversion industries.
2. Power conversion operation Knowledge.
3. Strong knowledge of fault finding.
4. Basic knowledge of Thyristor & IGBT based Rectifier Function and Operation.
5. Basic Knowledge of Rectifier transformer and its configurations.
6. Basic knowledge of Communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet.
7. Electrostatic Precipitator process Knowledge.
8. Experience in Handling Projects at site.
9. Solid Communication Skills both Verbal & written.
10. Knowledge of Safety measures to be followed during electrical works.
11. Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Electric / Electronic.

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
