Job Summary

CLF Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager Electrical to manage and supervise electrical project activities at the Godda, Jharkhand project site.

The candidate will be responsible for complete electrical project execution, planning, site coordination, manpower and material management, quality control, safety compliance, client coordination, and timely completion of electrical works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution

* Plan, manage, and supervise all electrical project activities at the site.
- Ensure electrical works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedule.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure achievement of project milestones.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.

1. Electrical Works Management

* Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Handle electrical infrastructure, power distribution, cabling, panels, transformers, lighting, earthing, and other project-related electrical works.
- Review electrical drawings and coordinate with design and engineering teams.

1. Planning & Progress Monitoring

* Prepare work plans and execution schedules for electrical activities.
- Monitor actual progress against planned targets.
- Identify delays and implement corrective measures.
- Coordinate with the planning team for project scheduling and progress reporting.

1. Manpower & Resource Management

* Plan and manage electrical manpower, subcontractors, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources.




- Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely availability of electrical materials.

1. Client & Consultant Coordination

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project departments.
- Attend technical meetings and resolve electrical-related queries.
- Ensure timely submission and approval of drawings, documents, and inspection requests.

1. Quality Control

* Ensure electrical works comply with approved quality standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate inspections and testing of electrical installations.
- Ensure proper documentation of test reports, inspection records, and commissioning documents.

1. Safety & Compliance

* Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety procedures and site HSE requirements.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices.
- Coordinate with the Safety Department for electrical safety inspections and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical rules, standards, and statutory requirements.

1. Documentation & Reporting

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly electrical progress reports.
- Maintain project records, drawings, inspection reports, material records, and testing/commissioning documents.
- Report project progress, challenges, and critical issues to senior management.

1. Cost & Contract Management

* Monitor electrical project costs and resource utilization.
- Review BOQ quantities and assist with billing and variation claims.
- Coordinate with the commercial and billing teams for electrical work measurements and certification.

Educational Qualification

Mandatory:

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering OR
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering / relevant electrical discipline.

Candidates with B.E./B.Tech qualification will be preferred, particularly for senior project management responsibilities.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Electrical Project Execution.
- Experience in Infrastructure / EPC / Construction Projects preferred.
- Experience in large-scale project execution and site management is highly preferred.
- Experience in Railway Infrastructure / Power / Industrial Projects will be an added advantage.
