About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-focused Educational Counsellor to guide students, understand their educational requirements, and help them choose suitable courses and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand students’ educational goals and requirements.
- Provide counselling and information about suitable courses and programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions/enrolments.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build a valuable relationship with students and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding student enquiries and admissions.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Kannada.




- Confident and comfortable speaking with students over calls.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Performance Expectations

- Candidates are expected to actively follow up with leads and work towards achieving monthly conversion.
- Performance will be reviewed regularly based on calling, follow-ups, and conversions.
