As an Education Counselor, you will be the face of our institute, guiding potential students through the course offerings, understanding their career aspirations, and helping them make informed decisions about their educational journey in the field of digital marketing.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students interested in the Digital Marketing Course, both in-person and through various communication channels.
- Provide detailed information about the course curriculum, learning outcomes, duration, and other relevant details to potential students.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their educational goals, career aspirations, and learning needs.
- Recommend the most suitable Digital Marketing Course options based on individual preferences and background.
- Address student inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving any concerns they may have and providing exceptional customer service throughout the admission process.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries via phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings to nurture relationships and encourage course enrollment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies for lead generation and conversion, aiming to achieve enrollment targets.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Education Counselor, Career Counselor, or similar role, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and an understanding of the skills and competencies required for a successful career in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential students.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively promote course offerings and handle objections.
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for helping individuals achieve their educational and career goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other digital tools used in the counseling and admissions process.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages will be a plus).
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
