Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Placement Coordinator & Career Counsellor. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end student placement processes, build and maintain relationships with industry partners, and provide personalized career counseling to help participants achieve their professional goals.

Responsibilities include assessing skillsets, guiding students in resume building, providing career advice,



and coordinating workshops, webinars, and other skill enhancement initiatives. The role also involves gathering feedback from employers and students to continuously improve the placement process.

Qualifications

- Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in customer service and a dedication to providing high-quality support to students and employers.
- Background in education and career counseling, with the ability to guide and mentor individuals effectively.
- Prior experience in recruiting or placement coordination is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with emerging industries such as AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning is advantageous.
