Roles & Responsibilities:

- The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for managing all housekeeping operations,

- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction.

- Includes supervising housekeeping staff, managing inventories, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily housekeeping operations.

- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, offices, and facilities are cleaned and maintained according to standards.

- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.

- Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping staff.

- Prepare staff schedules and duty rosters.

- Monitor employee performance and conduct performance evaluations.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and grooming standards.

- Manage housekeeping supplies, linens, uniforms, and equipment.

- Maintain optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.

- Control departmental expenses and operate within budget.

- Handle guest complaints and service recovery effectively.

- Support special events, VIP arrivals, and occupancy requirements.

- Backup for Guest management
