We are looking for an experienced Digital / Performance Marketer with 3+ years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with paid advertising, lead generation, analytics, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Drive qualified leads, conversions, and revenue while maintaining target ROI/ROAS and CPA.
- Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, and marketing data to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies, including remarketing, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Monitor budgets, campaign metrics, and performance reports to ensure efficient ad spend.




- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Proven understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion funnels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, remarketing, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication skills, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
