Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with solid experience in Staffing / Recruitment / HR Services to drive new client acquisition, business growth, and revenue generation.

The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in B2B sales, client acquisition, staffing solutions, contract staffing, permanent hiring, client relationship management, negotiation, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire recent clients for recruitment and staffing services.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and market research.
Build and maintain relationships with HR Heads, TA Heads, Hiring Managers, Procurement teams, and business decision-makers.
Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing and recruitment solutions.
Sell Permanent Recruitment, Contract Staffing, Contract-to-Hire, RPO and Manpower Staffing solutions.




Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation client meetings requirement understanding proposal negotiation closure onboarding.
Prepare and present business proposals, commercial proposals, presentations, MSAs/SOWs, and pricing models.
Negotiate commercials, terms, and service agreements and successfully close current accounts.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Coordinate closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.
Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and account expansion.
Track leads, opportunities, client interactions, closures, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Monitor staffing industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and market opportunities.
Participate in client meetings, networking events, industry forums, and business development activities.
