We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support manpower requirements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate follow-ups, offer process, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate databases.
Support recruitment drives and bulk hiring activities.
Ensure positions are closed within the required timeline.
Eligibility
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of job portals and MS Excel.
Target-oriented and able to handle multiple requirements.
