2. Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and analytical Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team on-site at our Baner, Pune office. During this 6-month internship, you will gain hands-on experience in search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, email campaigns, paid advertising basics, and performance analytics to support the growth of Eternal Hightech.

3. Key Responsibilities

· SEO & Web Optimization: Assist in keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, meta tags drafting, and backlink research to boost organic search rankings.

· Content Marketing: Write compelling blog posts, website content, and digital marketing materials that drive traffic and engagement.

· Campaign Management: Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of email marketing campaigns and social media promotions.

· Market & Competitor Research: Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark competitor marketing strategies, and discover growth opportunities.

· Paid Media Assistance: Learn and assist with setting up and tracking basic Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.

· Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor web traffic, engagement metrics,



and conversion data using tools like Google Analytics to draft monthly performance reports.

· Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with design, development, and social media teams to deliver unified digital marketing initiatives.

4. Requirements & Qualifications

· Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Information Technology, or related fields.

· Digital Marketing Awareness: Basic understanding of SEO concepts, Google Analytics, social media tools, and content strategy.

· Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills with good proofreading and copywriting ability.

· Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with basic digital tools (WordPress, Canva, MS Excel/Google Sheets, Google Search Console is a plus).

· Analytical Mindset: Comfort working with basic data, metrics, and report generation.

· Availability: Ability to commit to a 6-month on-site internship at our Baner, Pune office.

· Attributes: High energy, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and strong problem-solving initiative.
