Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence, with a focus on healthcare, medical research, academic services, and digital platforms.

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Create engaging content for posts, reels, advertisements, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
- Handle SEO and website optimization to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through organic and paid marketing strategies.
- Conduct keyword, competitor, and market research.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, conversions, and lead quality.
- Work with web developers and content creators to improve online visibility.
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, enquiries, and conversions.
- Follow ethical advertising practices, particularly for healthcare and academic services.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate or postgraduate with knowledge/experience in digital marketing.




- Practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research, and SEO tools.
- Ability to create and manage social media campaigns independently.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic/content creation tools is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with a performance and growth-oriented approach.
- Experience in healthcare, medical, education, research, or academic marketing will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong practical digital marketing skills may also apply.
- Candidates should preferably share examples of previous campaigns, social media pages, or other relevant work.
