Defining the Purpose of the Job

The role holder will play a crucial role in the RD department of ELGi-ATS, focusing on the design and development of innovative products and solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, creativity, and technical expertise to contribute to the development of cutting-edge products in the automotive service equipment and related sectors. The role holder will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

- Internal - RD Team: Collaborate to develop innovative product designs and solutions.

- Marketing and Sales Teams: Incorporate market feedback into design improvements and new product developments.

- Quality Assurance: Work closely to integrate quality standards into design processes.

- Research Development Team: Ensure alignment of designs with product development goals.

- External - Clients: Deliver design solutions that meet product requirements and client expectations.

- Suppliers: Source materials that meet design specifications and quality standards.
