Role Description The Human Resources Recruitment Team Lead will oversee end-to-end hiring processes for multiple roles across Hoora’s operations, corporate, and partner programs. This full time, on-site position is based in Nagpur and involves managing a small recruitment team,



setting hiring priorities, and ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to align recruitment needs with business goals. The role also includes tracking recruitment metrics, improving recruitment workflows, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Team Lead will collaborate closely with HR and leadership on workforce planning, onboarding support, and adherence to company policies and employment regulations.
