Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi, Noida and Dehradun. This role involves guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining program details, and assessing candidate fit for various courses. The Admissions Counselor will conduct consultations via phone, email, and in-person meetings, follow up with leads, and provide timely, accurate information to support enrollment decisions.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed records in the admissions system, collaborating with academic and marketing teams, and meeting enrollment targets through ethical and learner-focused counseling. The role also requires contributing to information sessions, events, and outreach activities that promote Hero Vired’s programs.
Qualifications
