Role & responsibilities

Minimum 7 Years of experience in Data Analytics of similar nature of project. Experience in Statistical Strengthening Project in Central Government/ State Government or their agencies or international agencies is an added advantage.

- Knowledge of data privacy requirements for data management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in using data science tools to simplify data wrangling, statistical modelling, and visualization tasks.
- Technical experience in various aspects of data science.
- Excellent working knowledge of contemporary statistics, scripting, and programming languages such as R/python/power BI and SAS VIYA and associated software libraries is a must. Knowledge of SAS/SPSS is an added plus.

Role: The Data Scientist will be responsible for supervision of the key ICT interventions under the project including supervising (a) Designing & implementation monitoring of dashboard by leveraging indicators, (b) Creation of a data dissemination portal and other IT interventions envisaged under the project. (C) Implementation monitoring of existing MIS systems such as MPSIMS, iPAS, BEAMs and GoIs PFMS system
