Role & responsibilities:

- Verify applicants identity and supporting documents as per UIDAI guidelines.
- Enter and update demographic details accurately in the Aadhaar enrolment/update system.
- Capture biometric data (fingerprints, iris scan, and photograph) using UIDAI-approved devices.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all Aadhaar enrolment and update records.
- Assist applicants with Aadhaar enrolment, corrections, and update requests.
- Operate computers, biometric devices, scanners, and printers efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of citizen data.
- Follow UIDAI Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.
- Resolve basic customer queries and provide skilled service.
- Maintain daily transaction records and submit reports to the supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile:

*Minimum qualification: Any Graduate

- 0-4 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or Aadhaar enrollment/update operations.
- Good typing speed .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with citizens professionally.
- Ability to handle confidential citizen information while maintaining data privacy and security.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
