We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Asset Vantage (AV) to collect, analyze, validate, and interpret financial and operational data. The candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, maintaining data accuracy, developing dashboards, analyzing investment-related data, and providing actionable insights to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Work extensively with Asset Vantage (AV) for data management, reporting, analysis, and validation.

- Extract, review, reconcile, and analyze financial and investment data available in AV.

- Maintain and validate data relating to investments, portfolios, transactions, securities, valuations, cash flows, and performance.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.

- Generate and analyze investment and portfolio reports from AV.

- Identify discrepancies between AV data and source documents/statements and coordinate for timely resolution.

- Support data onboarding, data cleansing, and data validation activities within AV.

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.

- Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and automation.

- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.

- Identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities through data analysis.

- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across relevant business functions.

- Automate repetitive reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity across AV and other reporting systems.

- Coordinate with Investment, Finance, Accounts, Operations, and Management teams to understand reporting requirements.





- Provide meaningful insights and recommendations based on financial and operational data.

- Maintain proper documentation of reports, data sources, reconciliations, and analytical processes.

- Support management with ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and investment-related reporting as required.

Asset Vantage (AV) – Required Experience

- Hands-on experience with Asset Vantage (AV) is required.

- Experience in extracting and analyzing portfolio, investment, transaction, valuation, and performance data from AV.

- Knowledge of AV reporting and data reconciliation.

- Experience in validating investment data against custodian/bank statements and other source documents.

- Understanding of portfolio accounting, investment reporting, cash flows, asset valuations, and performance reporting will be an advantage.

- Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

- Experience working with Family Office / Wealth Management / Investment Management data will be preferred.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, MIS, Investment Analytics, or a similar role.

- Hands-on experience with Asset Vantage (AV).

- Robust knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, charts, and advanced formulas.

- Good working knowledge of SQL.

- Hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard development.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large financial datasets.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
