Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst who will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting business data to support decision-making. The role involves preparing MIS reports, ensuring transaction accuracy, handling data reconciliation, and generating insights through analytical tools and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Update and maintain daily booking, transaction, and payment records.
- Perform data reconciliation and ensure accuracy in financial and operational data.
- Handle customer-related data processes such as cancellations and refunds.
- Prepare and present MIS reports to management for actionable insights.
- Coordinate with CRM, finance, and admin teams for payment and data-related queries.
- Build dashboards and visualizations to track key business metrics.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing accurate and timely data insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.




- 0-1 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, or reporting.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau .
- Strong skills in MS Excel and database management.
- Ability to work with large datasets, perform data cleaning, and ensure data integrity.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication skills to collaborate across teams.
