Job Summary

Capgemini is seeking a CyberArk Specialist responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using CyberArk. The role ensures secure privileged account usage, supports PAM integrations, and aligns with organizational security standards.

Experience Range

4 to 12 years of relevant experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Deploy, configure, and manage CyberArk components including Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, and PTA.
- Administer and onboard privileged accounts, safes, platforms, and access control policies.
- Monitor PAM operations, perform periodic maintenance, and support solution upgrades.
- Integrate CyberArk with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, ticketing tools, SIEM, and cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot CyberArk-related issues and provide operational support to business units.
- Implement security controls aligned with organizational policies and best practices.
- Conduct audit reviews, generate compliance reports,



and ensure privileged access governance.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to streamline PAM workflows.
- Automate PAM processes using PowerShell, Python, or REST API scripting.
- Support incident response and investigations related to privileged access anomalies.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of CyberArk architecture and PAM concepts.
- Hands-on experience with privileged account onboarding, policy configuration, and credential rotation.
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with automation using PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
