We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our team in Wakad, Pune. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach, with the ability to handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests through calls, emails, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and messages.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customers.
- Log and track customer issues using CRM / Ticketing Tools.
- Follow SLA and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
