Role Description This is a full-time, in office Corporate Sales Executive role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Corporate Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage corporate client accounts, and build long-term relationships with decision-makers in offices, residential projects, and commercial spaces. Daily activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting meetings and product presentations,



preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating and closing sales. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing and customization requirements, tracking sales pipelines, and providing timely updates and reports to management. The Corporate Sales Executive will handle customer queries, ensure high levels of service and satisfaction, and actively contribute to achieving revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
Solid Corporate Sales and Sales skills, with demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to present solutions clearly, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional client relationships.
Proficiency in Account Management to oversee corporate clients, understand their requirements, and ensure repeat business.
Basic understanding of office and residential fit
