About The Role:

We are seeking a responsible, trustworthy, and independent Accountant & Data Entry Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, reconciliation, inventory,



and business records across:
Petsburgh Spa
Petsburgh International Grooming Academy
Petsburgh Boarding
PPGAI

This is a hands-on role for someone who is:
Solid with numbers
Highly organised
Detail-oriented
Capable of independently managing accounts without constant supervision

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Data Entry
Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records across multiple business divisions
Record and manage:
Billing entries
Sales entries
Purchase entries
Expense records
Payment records

Reconciliation & Financial Control
Perform regular reconciliations for:
Sales
Billing
Cash
Bank accounts
Inventory
Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively

Inventory Data Management
Maintain and reconcile inventory records, including:
Purchases
Sales
Stock movement
Closing stock

Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain all financial and operatio
