The GM Sales role is based in Noida. An experienced and result-driven qualified to lead luxury residential sales targeting High Net Worth Individuals (HNI/UHNI) through channel partners and strategic alliances. The role requires deep expertise in managing high-value transactions, solid relationship management, a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of luxury residential properties through channel partners, IPCs, and wealth networks
Build and manage a solid ecosystem of channel partners, luxury brokers, and HNI/UHNI networks
Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets




Cultivate relationships with HNI clients, family offices, wealth managers, and investment advisors
Lead end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation - client engagement - site visits - negotiation - closure
Conduct exclusive previews, private events, and curated experiences for elite clientele
Ensure an exceptional customer experience and relationship management for repeat and referral business
Collaborate with marketing teams for targeted campaigns, brand positioning, and luxury outreach

Skills & Competencies
Experience: 10+ years in real estate sales, with significant exposure to the luxury / ultra-luxury segment
Proven track record in high-value deal closures
Strong network within the HNI/UHNI segment, channel partners, IPCs, and wealth managers
Expertise in channel sales and relationship-driven selling
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
