Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and queries in Marathi or Gujarati professionally.

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, payments, or account-related queries.

- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.

- Maintain a polite, patient, and customer-friendly approach.

- Handle complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.

- Record customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the CRM/system.

- Follow up with customers wherever required.

- Ensure high-quality customer service and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain proper call etiquette and follow the company's communication guidelines.

- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.

- Achieve assigned quality,



productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

- Follow all company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills:

- Fluent in Marathi or Gujarati (spoken).

- Valuable communication and listening skills.

- Basic Hindi and English understanding.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered.

- Comfortable working in a day-shift customer support process.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
