Job Summary

EOS Globe is hiring Customer Care Executives for Voice and Non-Voice customer support processes. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through voice calls, chat and email.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain skilled and courteous communication with customers.
- Resolve customer queries within defined TAT and process guidelines.
- Follow SOPs, quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Achieve defined productivity, quality, attendance and customer-service targets.




- Maintain excellent customer experience and minimize repeat complaints.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates/postgraduates preferred.
- Good English communication skills, depending on the process.
- For non-voice roles, good written English and typing skills are required.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts where applicable.
- Good listening, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and willing to work in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers can apply; relevant BPO/customer service experience will be an advantage.
