- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain smooth delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex tasks.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP for Retail modules to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices in coding and testing.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP for Retail applications efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP for Retail and other enterprise systems.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
