Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

- Provide end-to-end functional and operational support for Medidata RAVE and iMedidata across the clinical trial lifecycle.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to RAVE study build components, including Edit Checks, Custom Functions, Derivations, eCRFs, and study configurations.
- Analyze production issues, perform impact assessments, and coordinate with study teams and technical teams to drive timely resolution.
- Support study startup, amendments, migrations,



database lock activities, inspections, and other study lifecycle requests.
- Troubleshoot custom integrations by analyzing SQL data, validating system behavior, and resolving interface-related issues.
- Collaborate with Clinical Data Management, Study Teams, Developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex application issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests while adhering to SLAs, GxP, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Perform root cause analysis, identify recurring issues, and recommend process improvements to enhance system stability and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain knowledge articles, process documentation, and standard operating procedures to support continuous service improvement.
